Job summary

ERM is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to drive end-to-end recruitment for Partner and senior-level roles across North America, aligned with growth plans and capability gaps. You will craft targeted executive searches, conduct talent mapping, and build proactive pipelines for current and future needs.

You will engage senior leaders and passive candidates, leverage direct sourcing channels, and responsibly apply AI tools to improve sourcing, while ensuring human oversight

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of recruitment experience at senior, executive, or Partner level.
• Experience recruiting specialist, niche, or hard-to-find talent in professional services or related sectors.
• Strong executive sourcing capabilities including market mapping, pipeline development and direct engagement.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management from talent identification to onboarding handoff.
• Business acumen to translate growth priorities into talent strategies.
• Confidently engaging with senior leaders and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Partner and senior-level roles across North America.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand growth plans and talent needs.
• Develop targeted executive search and sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence on competitors and trends.
• Build proactive pipelines of senior external talent for current/future needs.
• Engage passive senior-level candidates and maintain long-term relationships.
• Use direct sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and industry networks.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing, research and productivity with human oversight.
• Deliver excellent candidate and hiring leader experience through the recruitment lifecycle.
• Advise senior leaders on talent availability, market conditions, and hiring risks.
• Maintain rigor in executive selection and assessment, supporting interviewing and evaluation.
• Partner with external executive search firms when needed.
• Track recruitment activity and pipeline metrics within Workday Recruiting.
• Ensure compliance with ERM policies and employment law.
• Collaborate with regional TA teams to share market intelligence and best practices.
• Represent ERM as a brand ambassador in talent engagements.
