Qualifications

• 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• In-house corporate recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to influence executives and senior hiring managers as a strategic partner.
• Advanced sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for sourcing and workflow optimization.
• Strong organization and multi-search management across business units.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Marketing, Finance, Product, Data, and technical roles.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, and HR leaders to define hiring strategies.
• Develop pipelines via proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and nontraditional channels.
• Advise on market compensation and improve hiring outcomes.
• Handle multiple requisitions, prioritize, and maintain momentum.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance candidate discovery and outreach.
• Lead screening, interviews, offer management, and candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and ensure ATS accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
