Fivetran in Oakland is seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support the SVP of Analytics and the Analytics Leadership team. You will optimize executive time, coordinate priorities, and help run department rituals and cross-functional initiatives.

This full-time, hybrid role requires four in-office days per week in Oakland, with responsibilities spanning travel logistics, strategic planning, communications, and high-profile project tracking to drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of executive administrative experience, including C-level support.
• 3+ years supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with executive-level drafting skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive executive support to the SVP of Analytics and leadership team.
• Partner with Analytics Leadership to manage priorities and commitments.
• Own department meetings, agendas, and executive briefings with clear outcomes.
• Collaborate on operational processes, documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
• Track high-visibility projects and cross-functional initiatives; provide updates.
• Draft and distribute sensitive communications with confidentiality and executive tone.
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel and logistics.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for the Analytics leadership team.
• Plan team offsites, events, and engagements to foster collaboration.
• Assist with recruiting coordination and interview processes as needed.
• Lead ad hoc projects to improve organizational effectiveness.
