Fivetran is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for the People organization. You will transform complex people data into actionable insights, spanning recruiting, workforce planning, employee experience, and talent development.

The role is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based out of Oakland, CA or NYC, NY with a blend of remote and in-person collaboration. You will define core metrics, build scalable analytics products, and partner with leaders across People, Recruiting, Finance, and the broader

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, BI, or similar role.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling experience across large datasets.
• Experience using Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and own core People metrics across headcount, hiring, retention, and talent development.
• Build scalable analytical products: datasets, models, and dashboards for self-service insights.
• Translate analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences, collaborating with Engineers on HRIS/ATS connectors.
• Establish data quality, governance, privacy, and responsible use of employee data.
