Qualifications

• 6+ years of executive administrative experience.
• 3+ years supporting C-level executives.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the SVP of Analytics, incl. calendar, inbox, and expense processing.
• Prioritize and align analytics leadership priorities.
• Own department meetings, agendas, and executive briefings.
• Support roadmaps, all-hands, offsites, and ELT events.
• Collaborate on operational processes, reporting, and improvements.
• Manage high-visibility projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Draft confidential communications and coordinate travel logistics.
• Plan team offsites, hiring support, and culture initiatives.
