Senior Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Must live in the Tampa, Florida area
- Reliable transportation and ability to provide local, in-person support
- Proven ability to manage complex, frequently changing executive calendars and priorities
- Experience coordinating executive travel, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Ability to manage both executive business responsibilities and personal logistics
- Exceptional discretion when handling confidential business and personal information
- Strong Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendar management, and scheduling skills
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate executive needs and solve problems independently with limited direction
- Comfortable managing appointments, reservations, errands, vendors, deliveries, and other time-sensitive personal matters
- Ability to track executive commitments, deadlines, follow-ups, and action items
- Flexible and responsive when occasional evening or weekend support is required
Senior Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience supporting a CEO or other C-suite executive
- Background in restaurants, QSR, hospitality, franchising, retail, or another fast-paced multi-unit organization
- Experience preparing meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, talking points, and executive communications
- Experience coordinating household vendors, service providers, purchases, and personal scheduling
- Project management, executive operations, or cross-functional corporate support experience
- Professional presence when communicating with executives, employees, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
- Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable shifting priorities quickly
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Naturally anticipatory with the ability to recognize what needs to happen before being asked
- Comfortable moving seamlessly between high-level executive priorities and everyday personal logistics
