Qualifications

• Explain complex technical concepts to diverse business and technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or business, or 5+ years of experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise applications and/or IT solutions in customer-facing GTM roles.
• 7+ years working directly with senior customer executives to develop business strategies.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with prospective and existing customer leadership to align on goals and transformation priorities.
• Facilitate executive workshops with C-level and LoB executives to identify AI-enabled capabilities.
• Build CFO-grade ROI analyses using ROI, TCO, NPV, and unit economics data.
• Craft and deliver executive-level narratives for CxO and LoB audiences transitioning from technology projects to business transformation.
• Develop transformation strategies and roadmaps with sales, partners, marketing, and solution architecture teams.
• Create reusable value frameworks and ROI calculators for value-based selling across territories.
• Track value realization and link projections to deployment outcomes to drive expansion and renewal.
