Job summary

Emory University is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support senior-level executives. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to senior executives including board-approved leaders and deans.
  • Handles meeting and conference logistics; prepares budgets and proposals; compiles reports and presentations.
  • Maintains calendar for one or more executives and coordinates travel as needed.
  • Reviews incoming correspondence and responds or routes as appropriate.
  • Leads meetings and develops recommendations and action plans.
  • Supervises clerical staff as needed and assists with employee transactions.
