Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a senior storage systems engineer to design and implement scalable data storage for AI workloads. You will contribute to exabyte-scale object storage, integrate storage clusters into diverse customer environments, and lead reliability improvements across the storage stack.

You will work with RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, NFS/FUSE protocols, and collaborate with platform teams to deliver high-performance storage across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in storage systems engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with object storage or distributed filesystems in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement distributed storage solutions to support scaling data-intensive AI workloads.
• Contribute to development of exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage and integrate clusters into diverse environments.
• Lead efforts to improve reliability, durability, security, and observability of the storage stack.
