Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring for a senior storage systems engineer to design and implement distributed storage solutions for AI workloads. You will help build exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage and integrate storage clusters across customer environments.

You will work with RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, and NFS/FUSE-based protocols to optimize performance, reliability, and observability. Join a team focused on scaling data-intensive AI at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in storage systems engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with object storage or distributed filesystems in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement distributed storage solutions to support scaling data intensive AI workloads.
• Contribute to exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage and integrate storage clusters into diverse customer environments.
• Work with RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, and distributed filesystems protocols to optimize storage performance.
