Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Sr EWP Area Sales Manager based in the United States to drive regional sales across Florida, southern Alabama, southern Mississippi, and southeastern Louisiana. You will build strong relationships with builders, distributors, and contractors while promoting engineered wood products.

Competenze

• College degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience selling engineered wood products or other wood products into residential construction markets.
• Understanding of engineered wood product applications and basic design loads.

Mansioni

• Lead engineered wood products sales and customer development across territory.
• Drive demand for engineered wood products throughout distribution networks.
• Develop strategic business plans and pricing strategies based on market data.
• Create and present marketing plans to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to distributors and end users.
• Organize technical training seminars for contractors and professionals.
• Train sales personnel in effective selling techniques and presentations.
• Build relationships with buyers, distributors, builders, and end users.
