Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior EWP Area Sales Manager to drive regional sales in Florida, southern Alabama, southern Mississippi, and southeastern Louisiana. You will build relationships with builders, distributors, and contractors while delivering technical guidance and strategic plans.

This field-based role offers significant autonomy, extensive travel, and opportunities to influence product adoption across the building materials supply chain.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience selling engineered wood products or other wood products into residential construction markets.
• Understanding of engineered wood product applications and design loads; willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineered wood products sales and customer development across your territory.
• Develop strategic business plans highlighting product value propositions.
• Create and present marketing plans to managers and stakeholders.
• Establish pricing strategies based on market conditions and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to distributors.
• Organize and deliver technical training seminars for contractors and professionals.
• Train sales and management personnel in professional selling techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, distributors, builders and end users.
• Travel extensively to support customers and grow the territory.
