Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to recruit a Senior Engineered Wood Products (EWP) Area Sales Manager for the United States. The role covers Florida, southern Alabama, southern Mississippi, and southeastern Louisiana, driving growth through builders, distributors, and construction professionals.

You will combine technical product knowledge with strategic sales leadership, promote product adoption, and develop pricing strategies based on market insights.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience selling engineered wood products or other wood products into residential construction markets.
• Knowledge of LVL and I-joists applications or willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate primary demand for engineered wood products and drive sales throughout the distribution network.
• Develop strategic business plans with pricing strategies based on market insights.
• Create and present marketing plans to business managers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to distributors and customers.
• Organize and deliver technical training seminars for contractors and architects.
• Travel extensively to support customers and develop business.
