Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Sr EWP Area Sales Manager based in the United States to drive regional sales across Florida, southern Alabama, southern Mississippi, and southeastern Louisiana.

You will build relationships with builders, distributors, contractors and other construction professionals, develop business plans, set pricing strategies, and deliver technical guidance while traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience selling engineered wood products or other wood products into residential construction markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineered wood products sales and customer development across your assigned territory.
• Plan and present strategic business plans to strengthen relationships with supply chain partners.
• Create and present marketing plans to business managers and stakeholders.
• Establish pricing strategies through market analysis and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to distributors.
• Organize and deliver technical training seminars for contractors and professionals.
• Train sales personnel in professional selling techniques and presentation skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, distributors, builders, and end users.
• Travel extensively to support customers and develop business.
