Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Engineered Wood Products (EWP) Area Sales Manager based in the United States. You will drive regional sales across Florida, southern Alabama, southern Mississippi, and southeastern Louisiana, building relationships with builders, distributors, and contractors.

You will develop business and marketing plans, identify opportunities, and establish pricing strategies while delivering technical guidance and training to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience selling engineered wood products into residential construction markets.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation.
• Understanding of engineered wood product applications, including I-joists and LVL usage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial judgment and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineered wood products sales and develop customer relationships across the territory.
• Develop strategic business plans and pricing strategies based on market insights.
• Create and present marketing plans to managers, owners, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers and industry professionals.
• Travel extensively within Florida, southern Alabama, southern Mississippi, and SE Louisiana to support customers.
