Jobgether in the United States seeks a Senior Engineered Wood Products (EWP) Area Sales Manager to drive regional sales growth across Florida, southern Alabama, southern Mississippi, and southeastern Louisiana. You will build relationships with builders, distributors, and contractors, delivering technical guidance and strategic plans from market insights.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience selling engineered wood products into residential construction markets.
• Understanding of engineered wood product applications and construction criteria.
• Knowledge of I-joists and LVL usage in residential/multifamily construction.
• Strong customer service orientation with relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate primary demand for engineered wood products with builders and the distribution network.
• Develop strategic business plans highlighting product value propositions.
• Present marketing plans to managers and owners.
• Establish pricing strategies based on market conditions and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to distributors.
• Organize and deliver technical training seminars for contractors, architects, and code professionals.
• Build relationships with buyers, distributors, builders and end users.
• Monitor regional opportunities to increase product adoption and territory performance.
