Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced Senior EWP Area Sales Manager to drive regional sales growth across Florida, southern Alabama, southern Mississippi, and southeastern Louisiana. You will build strong relationships with builders, distributors, and contractors while delivering technical guidance and market-driven pricing strategies.

The role emphasizes field-based, autonomous work with extensive travel and the ability to develop marketing and business plans that expand demand for engineered wood

Qualifications

• Must have experience selling engineered wood products or compatible wood products into residential construction markets.
• Understanding of engineered wood product applications and basic design loads.
• Strong ability to develop relationships with builders, distributors and end users.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth across Florida, southern Alabama, southern Mississippi and southeastern Louisiana.
• Develop strategic business plans and pricing strategies based on market insights.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers and industry professionals.
• Organize and deliver technical seminars for contractors, architects, and code professionals.
