Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Engineered Wood Products (EWP) Area Sales Manager based in the United States. You will drive regional sales growth across Florida, southern Alabama, southern Mississippi, and southeastern Louisiana, building relationships with builders, distributors, and contractors.

You will combine technical product knowledge with strategic sales leadership, develop business plans, identify opportunities, and train customers and industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience selling engineered wood products or related construction materials.
• Ability to develop strategic business plans and pricing strategies.
• Strong communication and training skills for contractors, architects, and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead EWP sales and customer development across the assigned territory.
• Develop strategic business plans highlighting product value propositions.
• Create and present marketing plans to stakeholders.
• Establish pricing strategies based on market conditions and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to distributors.
• Train industry professionals and sales personnel in effective selling techniques.
• Travel extensively within the territory to support customers and growth.
