Job summary

RTX in Tucson is seeking a Program Cost Control EBA to support EVMS processes and cost control. The role emphasizes EAC/LRE development, cost and labor analysis, and reporting to drive predictable program performance.

On-site work with U.S. security requirements; active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required. RTX offers comprehensive benefits and a structured, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX and/or similar business system.
• Experience with MS Office tools.
• Ability to obtain an active DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Create Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly, including costs, reasonableness tests, and risk/opportunity assessments.
• Perform detailed Earned Value and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
