Job summary

RTX is seeking an Engineering Business Manager (Grade M4) to support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in EVMS inputs, reporting, and cost/schedule management. The role emphasizes leadership, team mentorship, and cost control using EVMS tools such as APEX/SAP and PMX.

Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates. The position is hybrid, combining onsite and remote work to align with program needs.

Qualifications

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
Working experience with SAP and/or APEX and/or similar financial systems
Working experience with MS Office tools and ability to navigate Excel

Responsibilities

Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly/quarterly with cost estimates and risk assessment.
Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts
Manage a team of EBAs including training, career guidance, and staffing based on future program needs.
