Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Manager of Program Cost Controls in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role leads EVMS cadence and FP&A metrics for the SM-3 BLK IIa program, with a backlog over $1.5B and ~ $600M annual sales.

You will coordinate with Contracts, Operations, and Engineering, drive timely EAC reviews, and partner with the customer to enhance financial analysis. DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain in program development.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A metrics (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, Cash) for the contract.
• Manage EVMS cadence and ensure timely reviews with management.
• Coordinate with Customer and internal teams to scope roles for Analysts.
• Lead EAC cadence and perform reviews with multiple levels of management.
• Drive clear communication and execute task prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
