Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end event programs, focusing on operational aspects.
• Source, negotiate contracts, coordinate offsite activities, payments and invoicing.
• Lead events from conception through delivery and financial reconciliation.
• Collaborate with client contacts to meet program objectives and outcomes.
• Develop and manage client event budgets, ensuring profitability.
