Job summary

Navan is seeking an Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse portfolio of client events, delivering world‑class service and leveraging Navan’s travel and event technology to scale operations.

You will manage 8–12 client events concurrently, educate clients on best practices, oversee budgets and vendor contracts, and funnel actionable UX feedback to Product and Engineering to improve Navan’s event management software, while maintaining strong relationships for retention and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end event management experience.
• Experience sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and on-site execution.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute 8–12 client events concurrently.
• Educate clients on best practices and cost-effective event design.
• Manage event budgets to protect margins and revenue goals.
• Provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering on the platform.
• Source and negotiate with venues and suppliers; maintain relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction and meet CSAT/NPS targets.
• Follow the 30-60-90 day onboarding and ramp plan.
