Job summary

Hyve Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to own logistics for LegalTechTalk USA 2027. You will lead procurement, venue orders, staffing, security and budgets for a first-edition event, and build repeatable processes for future shows. Travel to Miami for site visits and onsite delivery is required.

You will manage budgets and relationships with vendors, develop the event run-of-show, and coordinate with commercial, marketing and content teams to deliver partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of event management experience in large conferences or trade shows.
• Experience delivering sponsor activations or partner fulfillment is a strong plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate large-scale contracts with vendors and venues.
• Willingness to commute 2–3 days per week to Miami offices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver event logistics from pre-event planning to onsite execution.
• Oversee Meetups onsite and manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relations.
• Lead venue orders, staffing, security, permits, and health/safety planning.
• Develop run-of-show with content, production, and AV teams.
• Direct coordinators and manage contract negotiations and invoicing.
• Support sponsor operations during launch phase and post-event reconciliation.
