Job summary

Hyve is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for LegalTechTalk USA 2027. You will own logistics, vendor procurement, venue orders, staffing, security and budgets for a first-edition event, and build scalable processes for future editions. Travel to Miami for site visits and onsite delivery is required.

In launch phase, you will support sponsor operations until the Sponsor Ops team is in place, coordinating with commercial and marketing teams to deliver sponsored features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event management experience in large conferences or trade shows.
• Experience delivering sponsor activations or partner fulfillment is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills under pressure.
• Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and venues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events from pre-event planning through onsite execution.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and vendor relationships for the show.
• Oversee floor plans, AV, catering, decor, signage, and security.
• Coordinate post-event reconciliation and debrief with vendors.
