Job summary

Hyve Group Ltd in the United States is seeking a Senior Sponsorship Operations Manager for LegalTechTalk USA. The role centers on sponsorship delivery, collaboration across teams, and developing new sponsor opportunities for the Miami launch in December 2027.

You’ll work with the VP of Operations on event delivery, manage sponsorship inventory, coordinate with vendors and venues, and support activations onsite and in budget planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of event management experience with sponsors and exhibit operations.
• Ability to communicate with senior-level executives.
• Extremely strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience building and managing spreadsheets and data merges.
• Availability to work hybrid up to 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of sponsor partnerships at the show, coordinating with sales and attendee experience teams.
• Build relationships with top-level sponsors and ensure successful activations.
• Develop processes for efficient sponsorship delivery and vendor/venue collaboration.
• Manage sponsorship inventory with VP of Event Operations and budget alignment.
• Support Meetup Program execution and provide weekly budget updates.
• Oversee show floor and be main point of contact for sales cycle and onsite.
• Deliver sponsored features from RFP to onsite build.
