Job summary

Hyve Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Sponsorship Operations Manager for LegalTechTalk USA in Miami, reporting to the VP Operations, Global Ventures. The role focuses on sponsorship delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and developing new sponsorship opportunities for the US show.

You will oversee onsite event delivery, manage sponsor activations, budgets, and inventory, build relationships with top sponsors, and coordinate with sales, venue partners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of event management experience with sponsors and exhibit operations.
• Ability to communicate with senior-level executives.
• Extremely strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience building and managing spreadsheets and doing data merges.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of sponsor partnerships at the show in collaboration with sales, retailer & brand, and attendee experience teams.
• Build solid ongoing relationships with top-level sponsors.
• Develop and maintain processes and ways of working to ensure efficient sponsor delivery with vendors, venues and on-site activations.
• Manage sponsorship inventory with the VP of Event Operations to ensure alignment with budget and growth targets.
• Support the Meetup Program execution.
• Update sponsorship operations budget and provide weekly updates to the finance team.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to update the show floor during the show cycle.
• Serve as main point of contact for the sales team during the show cycle and on-site.
• Manage the delivery of sponsored features and activations from RFP to on-site build.
