Hyve seeks an Event Director for LegalTechTalk USA to lead the sales team, manage key relationships, and deliver a high-impact legal tech event in the US. You will drive revenue, oversee budgets, and shape the event’s strategy to ensure it remains a must-attend experience.

You will report to the founders and SVP of Partnerships, manage a global team, and collaborate with operations and customer success to launch and scale the event. LegalTechTalk USA launches in Miami in December 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in event management or adjacent industry with strong project delivery experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy, planning, delivery, industry positioning and ensure budgets are achieved.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and report to Senior Leadership Team.
• Own the event’s performance targets including the P&L, collaborating with SVP/Partnerships to hit revenue targets.
• Develop the event’s value proposition and strategy with founders and strategy team to keep it fresh and relevant.
• Build and maintain key relationships with trade associations, media, and bellwether accounts.
• Coach the global team to be goal oriented and high performing.
• Contribute to overall strategy as part of the Event Leadership team and embody company culture and values.
• Ensure excellence in customer experience from prospect to event execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends and engage with the larger event industry.
