Job summary

Hyve Group Ltd is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to lead logistics for LegalTechTalk USA 2027. You will own vendor procurement, venue orders, staffing, security, and budgets for the launch edition, while building repeatable processes for future shows.

Travel to Miami for site visits is required. In launch, you will support sponsor operations until the dedicated Sponsor Operations team is in place, coordinating commercial inventory and activations with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning large-scale events or conferences.
• Minimum 5 years in event management within a conference/tradeshow environment.
• Experience delivering sponsor activations or partner fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver event from pre-event to onsite execution.
• Oversee Meetups program on site.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and vendor relationships; conduct site visits and RFPs.
• Handle venue logistics including floor plans, AV, F&B, décor, staffing, security.
