Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time experience in event operations, preferably in high-end venues or premium corporate environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for data input, tracking and basic reporting.
• Strong commitment to flawless, white-glove service and brand standards.
• Excellent multitasking ability and capacity to manage multiple events concurrently under pressure.
• Clear, confident communication with high-profile stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to drive proactive improvements and own assigned event tracks.
• Interest in sustainable event management practices without compromising member experience.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Execution: plan, coordinate and execute high-touch virtual and in-person gatherings, including curated dinners.
• Timeline Management: create and manage detailed logistics timelines across multiple events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align guest lists, data, and deliverables with internal teams.
• Collateral Development: assist in building event-related materials such as welcome cards, menus, maps, and flow plans.
• Data & Systems Management: input costs in Salesforce, track invoices, monitor spend by codes, and generate reports.
• Vendor & Venue Relations: conduct site visits, maintain vendor relationships, and support contract administration.
• Onsite Operations: travel to events as needed to manage setup, packing, and storage.
• Trend Sourcing: identify new venues, restaurants, and experiences to enhance the portfolio.
