You will manage end-to-end logistics, timelines, vendor relations, and on-site operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining our white-glove standard.

This hybrid role requires 2+ years in event operations, Salesforce experience, and a proactive, ownership-minded approach to delivering exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time experience in event operations.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience for data input, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong white-glove service mindset with attention to detail and brand standards.
• Excellent multitasking, ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Execution: assist with planning and execution of high-touch gatherings (virtual and in-person).
• Timeline Management: develop and manage rigorous event timelines for multiple events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with internal teams to align guest lists and data.
• Collateral Development: create welcome cards, menus, maps, and event flow plans.
• Data & Systems Management: input costs, manage invoices, monitor spend, and generate reports.
• Vendor & Venue Relations: conduct site visits and manage vendor relationships.
• Onsite Operations: travel to events and manage onsite logistics.
• Trend Sourcing: monitor new restaurants, hotels, and experiences.
