Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in Hospitality Industry, 5-Star Hotels, Event Planning and Food & Beverage with high touch customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings and events within the designated center, collaborating with catering, audio-visual, and facilities teams to meet client expectations.
• Provide personalized, high-touch service by greeting clients daily.
• Resolve day-to-day client challenges while maintaining a positive experience.
• Maintain a professional, flexible, can-do attitude with exceptional service.
• Participate in daily operations meetings and weekly reviews for event planning progress.
• Execute pre- and post-conference calls to manage details effectively.
• Manage space issues and escalate unresolved items to lead planner or manager.
• Handle reception desk tasks, including calls, emails, and guiding clients to meeting rooms.
• Master the EMS to detail reservations, review requests, and generate reports.
• Communicate with planning team and reservation holders throughout booking process.
