Job summary

You will coordinate with catering, AV, and facilities teams, greet clients daily, and deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations. You will manage day-to-day challenges, participate in planning meetings, conduct pre- and post-conference calls, and ensure accurate EMS reservations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years’ experience in Hospitality Industry, 5-Star Hotels, Event Planning and Food & Beverage with high touch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings and events within the center, collaborating with catering, audio-visual, and facilities to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Provide personalized, high-touch customer service by meeting and greeting each client daily.
• Handle day-to-day challenges presented by clients, driving effective solutions while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Participate in daily operations meetings and weekly reviews to stay ahead and informed on events you and the team are planning.
• Execute pre-conference and post-conference calls/meetings, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
• Manage space issues and escalate unresolved issues to the lead planner or manager as needed.
• Cover reception desk functions, including answering calls, emails, and greeting/escorting clients to their meeting room.
• Master EMS to detail reservations, review requests, and generate accurate reports.
• Communicate with planning team and reservation holders throughout the booking process to ensure excellent service.
• Prioritize new meeting room reservations from online booking tools and keep customers updated on status and options.
