Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Five plus years' experience in the Hospitality Industry, 5-Star hotels, Event Planning and Food & Beverage with high touch customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage guest experiences with tact and diplomacy.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in managing and developing a team, including performance reviews.
• Working knowledge of audio-visual systems and EMS booking system.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts to cover conference center hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings and events with catering, AV, and facilities teams to exceed client expectations.
• Maintain a proactive 'can-do' attitude and deliver exceptional service.
• Assist with staff coverage and day-to-day projects to ensure operational continuity.
• Participate in daily operations meetings and weekly reviews, guiding the team.
• Execute pre-/post-conference calls/meetings and manage details effectively.
• Strategically optimize space usage to meet yearly goals and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct staff reviews and identify training needs to strengthen performance.
• Drive service enhancements by presenting new ideas to elevate client satisfaction.
• Cover essential reception desk functions (calls, emails, greetings).
• Master the EMS system for reservations, reporting, and prioritizing room requests.
