Responsibilities

• Escort clients to meeting rooms and provide coat room/bag check services.
• Plan and support meetings, assist Event Planners, and coordinate small events.
• Coordinate with catering, security, AV, events, and facilities teams for smooth delivery.
• Manage front desk functions: phones, emails, and meeting room requests.
• Review BEOs and ensure room setups and catering meet client specifications.
• Utilize EMS to detail reservations and manage event logistics.
