Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required
• 5+ years in Hospitality Industry, 5-Star hotels, Event Planning, F&B with high-touch service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage guest experiences with tact and diplomacy
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team and conducting performance reviews
• Working knowledge of audio-visual systems and EMS booking system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings and events with catering, AV, and facilities teams to exceed client expectations
• Maintain a can-do attitude and lead by example
• Assist with staff coverage and day-to-day center projects
• Participate in daily operations meetings and weekly reviews
• Conduct pre- and post-conference calls/meetings to manage details
• Ensure optimal space usage to meet yearly goals
• Conduct mid-year and annual staff reviews, identify training needs
• Drive service enhancements by presenting new ideas
• Cover reception desk duties: calls, emails, greeting clients
• Master the EMS system for reservations, reporting, and prioritizing room requests
