FIRST, a leading global brand experience agency, is seeking an Event Technology Coordinator in New York. You will assist with registration websites, databases, and data integrity, supporting the delivery team for events and meetings.

The role requires 1+ years in attendee data management and event tech, with a focus on Excel and Microsoft Office. Some travel and after-hours work may be required, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Formación

• 1+ years in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with registration platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support event registration websites, apps, and all technological aspects of our events.
• Database management to ensure data accuracy and provide year-on-year statistics.
• Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate name badges, tent cards, place cards, and event communications.
• Lead onsite registration procedures and train temporary staff.
• Travel 10-20% for onsite events to oversee attendee logistics.
• Create and distribute post-event client surveys.
• Analyze registration data to provide insights for the team.
• Track time spent on projects to reflect work performed.
