Job summary

One10, LLC is seeking a Senior Event Technology Specialist to lead registration solutions for client events. This role focuses on configuring registration websites and mobile apps to meet client requirements in a remote, full-time capacity.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage timelines, perform UAT, and support the Customer Experience team with deep knowledge of Cvent, Aventri, Certain, and SpotMe.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in event technology and registration platforms.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with event stakeholders to deliver optimal technology solutions.
• Gather and document requirements and update through the event lifecycle.
• Establish and manage project timelines and communicate changes.
• Configure client websites using the registered platform for each client.
• Troubleshoot during registration lifecycle and perform UAT.
• Prepare Customer Experience team to support events.
• Support mobile app content, integration and deployment as needed.
• Become familiar with assigned client accounts to understand priorities.
