Job summary

One10 seeks an Event Technology Specialist to act as the SME for program registration solutions. You will understand client requirements, configure registration websites and mobile apps to meet project needs, and ensure seamless delivery throughout the event lifecycle.

You will consult with event stakeholders, document requirements, set and communicate timelines, perform UAT, and prepare the Customer Experience team to support the event, addressing issues promptly to maintain site functionality.

Responsibilities

• Consult with appropriate event stakeholders to deliver an optimal technology solution based upon event requirements
• Gather and document requirements for each opportunity, and update as appropriate through the event live cycle
• Establish and manage a timeline for each assigned project; promptly communicating changes that will impact the delivery dates and or implementation effort
• Configure client websites using the registration platform contracted for each client
• Trouble shoot throughout registration lifecycle and promptly address issues to limit downtime and ensure appropriate site functionality
• Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all sites built, and other sites as requested
• Prepare and brief the Customer Xperience team to ensure they are prepared to support the event
• Support Customer Xperience team on registration and mobile app related questions as necessary
• Support or configure mobile app content, integration, and app deployment as requested
