Job summary

One10 is seeking a detail‑oriented Registration Specialist to manage the lifecycle of registration data for Travel & Events programs. You will own data integrity, support hotel blocks, and generate client reports while coordinating with multiple departments.

The role requires 4‑year degree or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Cvent/RainFocus/Swoogo. Hybrid work arrangement in the United States is available.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Macros, V-lookup, formulas).
• 1+ years of operational business experience. Preferred – knowledge of the meeting/event industry.
• Knowledge of event technology platforms (Cvent, RainFocus, or Swoogo).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the integrity of the registration database information throughout the lifecycle of each program incorporating charges through Cvent for activities or buy in programs.
• Manage and communicate the financial health of the data management budget to actual hours throughout the lifecycle of each assigned program, communicating with management on resolution recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments on registration qualification, database set up requirements and database technology support. Provide web site review and testing feedback.
• Act as a central point of contact within Travel & Events for registration throughout the lifecycle of each program.
• Manage hotel room block, rooming list, attrition and penalties, as well as maintain activity counts within the database and any special requests.
• Answer phone calls and manage emails from attendees on group programs within specific SLA.
• Maintain client reporting requirements, both standard and custom, utilizing IT services as needed.
• Actively participate in program briefings, debriefs and TD briefings.
• Provide data management support during program operations including traveling onsite to program destination when applicable. Collaborate with program Travel Directors/ on site team on participant changes
• Provide final program reporting for all clients/programs as requested and needed for billing.
• Point of contact for Mobile App support and Customer Xperience
• Assist management in developing consistent processes and actively identifying and communicating best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description

Responsible for providing focused registration expertise and managing the fulfillment of registration data deliverables for One10’s Travel & Events programs. Manage program efficiencies in hours as well as client billing reports for vendors, buy in programs and activity expense collection. Act as the point of contact for other departments, providing Cvent training for a more universal Events Team understanding.

Additional Job Description Details

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft office suite- advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Macros, V-lookup, formulas)
• 1+ years of operational business experience. Preferred – knowledge of the meeting/event industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of technology platforms from a business user perspective – preferred experience in travel suite of technology systems including Cvent, RainFocus or Swoogo
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
