Job summary

One10 is seeking a Registration Specialist to manage the accuracy and lifecycle of registration data for Travel & Events programs, perform Cvent-related tasks, and coordinate with vendors.

You will handle hotel blocks, attendee inquiries, client reporting, and provide training to the events team. Travel to program destinations as needed.

Ideal candidates have a degree, strong Excel and project-management skills, and experience with travel tech like Cvent/RainFocus/Swoogo.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including macros, V-lookup and formulas.
• 1+ years of operational business experience; knowledge of the meeting/event industry preferred.
• Experience with travel technology platforms (Cvent, RainFocus, Swoogo) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused registration expertise and manage data deliverables for Travel & Events programs.
• Oversee program efficiencies in hours and client billing reports for vendors and activities.
• Serve as the point of contact for other departments and provide Cvent training to events team.
• Maintain registration database integrity throughout each program's lifecycle.
• Communicate financial health of data management budgets from start to end of programs.
• Collaborate with departments on qualification, setup requirements, and system testing.
• Act as central contact for Travel & Events registration lifecycle.
• Manage hotel room blocks, rooming lists, attrition, and activity counts in the database.
• Handle attendee inquiries via phone and email within SLAs.
• Produce final program reporting for clients and billing needs.
• Support Mobile App and Customer Experience as needed.
