Kin + Co. is seeking a Senior Event Technology Manager to lead digital platforms for meetings and conferences. You will oversee websites, mobile apps, registration systems, and attendee management, delivering tailored tech solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

This remote role requires expertise across event platforms and strong project management, client relations, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless, high-quality events.

Qualifications

5 years experience in event technology roles or similar at an events agency.
Experience with corporate and Fortune 500 brands.
Project management across live, hybrid, and virtual events.
Proficiency with front-end web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with event platforms such as Cvent, Swoogo, Jifflenow.

Responsibilities

Build and manage event websites and mobile apps from setup to attendee management and post-event analysis.
Act as SME on event technology solutions.
Provide on-site technical support for digital solutions at events.
Develop and test event technology platforms ensuring quality and UX.
Collaborate with vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
Support clients and manage their expectations throughout projects.
Stay current with new event technologies and platforms.
