Job summary

Unbridled seeks a motivated events technology coordinator to build and manage registration websites, forms, and content for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events using platforms like Cvent and WordPress. You will travel onsite to support live events and ensure smooth attendee experiences.

You will collaborate with clients, manage multiple projects, and drive engagement through registration tools, mobile apps, and badge printing technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a professional office environment with exposure to meeting and event technology.
• Proficient in full registration website or virtual event buildout.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and databases.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage event registration websites, forms, and content across virtual, hybrid, and in-person events using platforms like Cvent and WordPress.
• Oversee multiple projects at once, balancing timelines and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Travel onsite to support live events, managing registration, mobile apps, engagement tools, and badge printing technology.
• Organize and consolidate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and accessibility for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with clients to select and implement engagement tools that align with their event goals and enhance the attendee experience.
• Proof and review content across websites, emails, and reports to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented work environment.
