Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in AV or related tech support.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate, supervise and troubleshoot advanced AV equipment at events.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to technical and operations staff.
• Coordinate pre-event, during event and post-event activities with teams.
• Ensure safety and security of equipment and adherence to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage client relations.
