Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years in platform administration, technical delivery, or software development.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Project Managers on strategy and scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of event technology solutions.
- Lead platform configuration, testing, and integration across registration, exhibitor management, and attendee engagement tools.
- Provide technical expertise for Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring data integrity and optimized workflows.
- Own platform governance processes, including user access, permissions, and system roles.
- Manage QA and UAT processes for all deliverables with Technical Delivery Managers.
