TalentRemedy is seeking an experienced Events Technology Manager to lead the technology strategy, platforms, and systems for its global education events. You will oversee enterprise event tech like Cvent, CadmiumCD, Maritz, Zoom Webinars, and registration systems, partnering with planning teams, IT, and vendors.

The role demands 5+ years managing event tech in deadline-driven environments, strong PM and communication skills, and the ability to travel for the annual conference during Memorial Day

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology platforms, programs, or projects in a complex, deadline-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience administering or managing event technology platforms such as Cvent, CadmiumCD, Zoom Webinars, and event registration systems.
• Experience supporting end users of web-based applications, including troubleshooting and system optimization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
• Must be able to travel for major annual conference every year on Memorial Day week.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise event technology platforms supporting conferences, meetings, and virtual events.
• Oversee event technology systems, including Cvent, CadmiumCD, Maritz, Zoom, and other SaaS applications.
• Partner with internal event planning teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless event registration, attendee experiences, and technology operations.
• Evaluate existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend emerging technologies and solutions.
• Manage implementation timelines, system configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and post-launch support.
• Lead vendor relationships, contract renewals, service agreements, and technology budgets.
• Supervise and mentor the Event Technology Specialist while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop system documentation, training materials, and best practices to support technology adoption across the organization.
