Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced Event Technologist to lead technology across planning to onsite execution for corporate events. You will own registration systems, mobile apps, and on-site tech, collaborating with event teams to deliver seamless attendee experiences and solid technical support.

Expect to manage complex workflows, stay on schedule, and travel 25–35% for national and international events.

Qualifications

• Three or more years building and managing registration systems using Cvent or similar enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and manage event registration websites using Cvent or similar enterprise platforms.
• Develop complex registration workflows including attendee segmentation, conditional logic, and waitlists.
• Configure travel/housing components and rooming lists.
• Build and manage mobile event apps, attendee hubs, agendas, speaker profiles, and engagement features.
• Design badges, check-in workflows, and onsite registration support.
• Coordinate equipment ordering, shipping, setup, and testing for onsite tech.
• Test registration sites and apps to ensure functionality and seamless attendee experience.
• Provide technical support during launches and onsite programs; resolve issues quickly.
• Pull and maintain registration data and prepare client/internal reports.
• Develop technology timelines, workback schedules, and project plans.
• Collaborate with managers, operations, clients, and vendors to align tech with logistics.
• Track tech costs and assist with vendor coordination and invoices.
