Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Event Sales Specialist to own end-to-end sales for groups of 13+ and corporate events. You will manage multi-stakeholder negotiations, match clients with the right venues, and lead BEO meetings to ensure flawless execution.

You will expand your territory through proactive outreach, relationship management, and retention strategies, with compensation tied to performance and commission tiers.

Qualifications

• Proven background in group or event sales, hospitality, or related field; experience with large/complex events preferred.
• Track record of managing a high-value pipeline and closing deals with multiple decision-makers.
• Confident prospector who builds relationships and follows through.
• Strong communicator and presenter, able to tailor pitches to individuals or committees.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for groups of 13+ attendees, from standard events to large corporate buyouts.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making and longer timelines with confidence.
• Match each client to the right venue, package, and custom experience.
• Lead BEO meetings and coordinate with venue ops for flawless execution.
