Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Event Sales Specialist to lead the full sales cycle for groups of 13 or more, from social gatherings to large corporate buyouts. You will own local outreach, prospect and manage high-value accounts, and drive a tiered commission structure for strong performers.

You will lead BEO meetings, partner with venue ops teams, and nurture relationships to encourage repeat business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven background in group or event sales or related field, with experience in large or complex events.
• Track record of managing a high-value pipeline and closing deals with multiple decision-makers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to tailor pitches to audiences of various sizes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for groups of 13+ from social events to large corporate buyouts.
• Build and grow territory by developing relationships with companies, organizations, and community groups.
• Hit quarterly quotas with commission-based earnings and a clear pay structure.
