Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Event Sales Specialist to own the full sales cycle for groups of 13+ guests, from social events to corporate buyouts. You will navigate multi-stakeholder decisions and match clients to the right venue and experience, driving high-value deals and client satisfaction.

You will build your local territory, prospect an expanded portfolio of accounts, and work a quarterly quota with pay tied to performance through a tiered commission structure.

Qualifications

• Proven background in group or event sales, hospitality, or a related field.
• Track record of managing a high-value pipeline and closing deals with multiple decision-makers.
• Confident prospector who builds relationships and follows through consistently.
• Strong communicator and presenter with the ability to tailor pitches.
• Detail-oriented and organized due to large events with many moving parts.
• Feedback-driven and coachable, open to debriefs to sharpen performance.
• Comfortable with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and GEMS.
• Adaptable to handling a range from small gatherings to large corporate events
